[Travel] Breakfast close to Eastbourne station

I'm planning to park at Eastbourne station before the Derby game, any suggestions for somewhere for breakfast beforehand? A greasy spoon would be fine, something where I can get a fry up.

And I know the car park has been closed recently at weekends as they have been resurfacing but am I right in saying the work is now finished and it is open again?
