Fox Sports Canada aren't even showing any football in the morning, only Premiership roundups which means we're shit out of luck. I've even checked Rogers cable channels for Saturday and nothing doing.

Looks like Seagulls Player is will be your only option (if your a subscriber).

Try the Duke of Gloucester on Yonge Street...I went there some years ago to watch a game, was very Brit friendly and open in the morning so people could have breakfast a pint and get their footy fix from back home.
