He's a local lad an just had a baby though hasn't he? I doubt he'd move but he's one of the players in our squad that probably deserves a wage bump if he's still on a league 1 contract.

If Boro met our valuation of him and they were willing to pay him higher wages than us with a longer contract then I would be surprised if he didn't go. He has a family to support.

I also bleed blue and white, but if somebody asked me if i was willing to move somewhere shit for the last 4 years of my career so as to earn an extra 5K a week to put away for arainy day, i would snap their arms off. Twice.

The North York Moors are nice. Plus Newcastle is a good place for nightlife.
Big club Middlesbrough. Maybe an attractive propostion for someone who wants to get in Premier League quickly as they've got a great chance of going up this season.
