Today i have been mostly ordering...

Phanton Power - Super Furry Animals
So much for the City - The Thrills

Ka-Pow!!

Can't wait for the Super Furries album to arrive, its amazing, can't say how good it is and how much everybody should get it.

The Thrills is a good little album for the summer, its nothing other bands weren't doing 20 years ago but its still quality music.

Happily the Coral entered the singles chart at a very respectable number 5, should have been number 1 but there you go...

Whats everybody else enjoying at the mo?

I've gone all cheesy and am listening to the Best of the Four Seasons.

Walk like a Man is still a damn good tune, even better in the film Sleepers...

Also honourable mentions to the Hed Kandi albums I woke up to... Disco Kandi 5 and Nu Cool 3.

I bought a ticket then had to go on a computer course  Bloody good album though and not too poppy like recent Blink-182 stuff, although I can see them going that way :glare:

The dangerously addictive "ooh wee yaa ooh ooh" bits are very high and risk sexuality if hummed too loud in public. Happens to me quite a lot.

Don't hum that, sing what i've got stuck in my head..

Just don't go back to Big Sur
Hanging around
Lettin' your old man down
Just don't go back to Big Sur
Baby, baby please don't go
Oh, baby, baby please don't go

I have also been listening to the Super Furry Animals debut album recently. Also Radiohead's The Bends album which I reckon is their best one and The Stone Roses re-mixes album which is cool as well.

Albion & England forever.

Oh good, a music thread-I can sound like I know what I'm talking about

Me First and The Gimme Gimmes (punk versions of cheesy pop songs)
Dropkick Murphys-Blackout (just don't call them the New Pogues)
AC/DC-Pre 1982 compliation that I made up for the sheer hell of it

I've just picked up the new Janes Addiction cd, haven't listened to it yet, just hope it's as good as the single/old stuff
I can also recommend

Kings of Leon
The Darkness
The Thrills
Grandaddy

and of course the classic Neil Young album just reissued - On the Beach, absolutely awesome.
