Now they're doing a 20-night residency at the o2 next Summer as part of the 2-year long tour for their upcoming album 'The Circle' (they're also doing X Factor next week).

Whether you like them and their style of music or not, you have to admit that they've done bloody well for themselves, and I for one will definitely be going to see them at the o2. I know from experience that they are fantastic live, and I can't wait to see them again. At least they're using less hairspray these days:

I'm not ashamed to admit that i still enjoy a listen to New Jersey and Slippery When Wet, both classic 80s albums (alongside Van Halen's 1984 and ZZ Top's Eliminator). Be surprised they could sell out 20 dates at the O2 though, unless it's the little one.

As I understand it's the big one, and I think their efforts to sell out will be helped by the fact that this residency will be their only dates anywhere in Europe in 2010, the rest of the year will be touring America, Australia etc...

Well much as i love them there is no way I could afford the price of the tickets and travel and accomodation as well. Think the ticket prices are a disgrace though what with the way the world is at the moment

as i understand it they are playing 5 nights at the O2 not 20
