Can't blame them, wages not paid once again whilst owner who paid himself £625k last year as a consultant suns himself in Monaco.

BWFC also paid his son (who somehow is dating Kathy Lloyd) £125k for his services too.

Most unsavoury state of affairs.

Shocking, can't blame them. Will Buckley and Craig Noone involved, of course.

Astonishing the players came away from QPR with a win in the circumstances. Started the day 8 points adrift of safety, having not been paid on time for second month in a row, with a High Court date looming on Wednesday at which theoretically the club could be wound up.

That is unless a takeover (not the first proposed by a long way) happens in the nick of time. The possible saviour? Former Watford owner Laurence Bassini - twice declared bankrupt and in 2013 banned for three years from all football activity for what happened at Watford. Good luck, Bolton...

...and for extra idiocy, one of the possible outcomes in High Court is administration and a 12-point deduction. If they had done that prior to last Thursday, would have taken the penalty this season with relegation highly likely anyway. Now, if that is what happens, it will ruin next season in whichever division (probably League One).

Puts any worries I've got about our Wednesday game against Chelsea well and truly in the shade.
