Ok, Posh did not sell out BUT East was full all the way unlike last week, that big patch in WSL that was empty last week was full. I really do not understand the sub 20,000 attendance.

Looked like quite a few missing in the Family Stand, 1901 West and a few here & there in the WSL. Don't think there will be many empty for the next 3 home games tho!

Agree i cannot understand why these attendances are sub 20 when every BHA ticket is sold. There were quite a few gaps in the East today though mate - i think it's the family stand block closest the North that's the worst culprit. Are kids tickets that cheap that some parents just dont bother passing on their ticket if their kid can't make it? If you do you are silly and are actually depriving some fans of going.

Having 1901 seats free is a joke - knew it would happen. Some business ment with more money than sense. But i think the 1901 don't have to bleep anything so i think the attendance assumes they're all present?!

Summer holidays still I suppose and a bank hol weekend at that, but still, as you say, if you cannot go then PLEASE give your ticket to someone else.

There were a good 500-1000 empty in the East from where I was sitting.

Not really.

You can't pass a kids ticket on to an adult in the family stand. You can't pay for an upgrade, they just don't let you in that area without a kid.

Which is, I think, f***ing stupid.

There was loads of empty seats in the West Stand scattered all over the place, particularly towards the south end.

Ah didn't know that - and yes it is silly. HOWEVER let's be honest, if you turned up having upgraded the kids ticket and there wasn't a kid with you i really can't see stewards bothering to not let you in or even to argue the case? Even if they did a good blagger would have no trouble getting round this - just go up to someone and ask if you can walk in with them etc etc

As its the clubs policy, you won't even have the opportunity to pay to upgrade a kids ticket in the family stand, full stop.

Which means you'd have to take a bit of a flier and hope you can just turn up and sneak through the turnstile on a kids ticket. Not something I'd be happy to chance, tbh.

Ah right. Well if the adult is going anyway and for ex their son can't come I think they should take it upon themselves, as an Albion fan, to educate one of their friends children and take them along. I 100% would.

RE upgrading kids tickets: Surely you just scan the ticket in the turnstile when you enter the ground, is anybody actively checking whether people are using the correct ticket to get in?
