I can imagine Dicks opening line:

"Bobby come back and give up £40K a week for the £3K we can offer you"

I assume Fulham might want to hold onto their recent investment. I saw his first apppearance in the Fulham shirt vs Celtic. I was in the Celtic end and only just managed to suppress my joy when he slotted it home. Took me back a bit (The slotting home, not suppressing my joy).

Wasn't he on the radio/TV recently stating that he would not rule out finishing his career at Brighton?

i think its more than likley we'll see Zamora in the blue and white, but we'll be settled in at Falmer by then and it will be his swan song. Hopfully Barry too:ascarf:

He was, and I'd love to see it (as, I'm sure, we all would).

Even allowing for advances in technology, we are talking about 5 years or so, NSC would definitely melt down, along with BrightonFans, The Argus etc.

It does seem a life time ago that he was playing for the correct team.

If there was any vague truth is in it, we aint done the club any favours alerting others to the fact,
I see it a first time post by the person asking which seems strange, come on site and first use "ask the club" ?

If he has said he would like to finish his career at Brighton, then what does that imply?:wozza:

Maybe one day but it is a while off.

Actually, he is the only striker that has played for Tottenham in the last decade that Redknapp hasn't resigned!

Presume the new poster is an older hand hiding under an alias? I certainly would before having the nerve to post that one

I really do think he'll come back to us as his final club. I'm sure he is well liked as a profesional at Fulham as well as West ham and Tottenham when he was there but he'll never enjoy the same love the fans had for him at Brighton. Infact i'll make a bold statement and say that he will be with us at Falmer in 5 years and maybe make the transition to coach some years later....well hopefully anyway.

When we get to Falmer and promoted into the Championship there will be no excuses for him to rejoin the club to rekindle his career in about 3 years time.
