He hasn't just suddenly turned into a crap player...it has to be his time at Spurs thats ruined his confidence.
Plus, the Hammers are an impatient lot and they're on his back constantly.
At the end of the day, if he can put the Spurs farce out of his mind and if he can be transferred back to the ALBION then....

Great player for us over the last few years but you can't put him in the same bracket as Peter Ward. A proven scorer at the highest level.

Don't forget we built the team around him, getting the ball to him and countless set piece rehersals where Bobby was always the end product. At W.Ham he's trying to fit into someone else's system, he's just not playing in a way that suits him.
