Hoddle's an idiot.Whats the point of buying another young(ish) striker when he's already got 3 class forwards and other parts of his team are very weak.
Hoddle said in the Zamora press conference that BZ can play wide.I just hope Etherington going doesn't mean Hoddle's going to play BZ on the left as we've all seen how out of sorts he looks when he plays on the wing.
Hoddle is a dick head. Every player that has left that club has slaged him off. I think hoddle will f*** bobby"s career. I think bobby has f***ed up big time going there. Hope im wrong.
Look forward to not seeing BZ on the telly. Come January, he's very uninterested in the fortunes of Spurs Reserves. And pissed off that he's not been loaned out anywhere better.
Step forward Steve Coppell, with an attractive offer to give him first team football for the rest of the season.
But, sadly, BZ has to miss the end-of-season open top bus trip along Hove Seafront because the new Spurs manager wants to meet him before the 2004 squad restructuring takes place.
Just as long as he doesn't get loaned out to Reading - now THAT would be just TOO much to bear. And speaking of Reading, where's our man Sir Anthony Ra-Ra-ra-Rougier?
Anyways, Hoddle didn't shell out on a season ticket for Withdean last season just to dump BZ in the reserves. Or if he did, the Tottenham fans will be after his head soon enough, cos THEY know that BZ will get them the goals if he's given the chance.
The talk in the papers about Kanoute is that he's going for £4.5m. That makes the £1.5m we got for BZ seem even lower!!! Surely Kanoute is not worth 3 times as much as BZ!?
When i suggested Zamora would not start, would be in the reserves and not maybe even on the bench i was laughed at!I did also suggest that he was loaned back 2 us which was mocked as well!
Well i'd just like to say i was right:
a)Keane,Kanoute and Postiga will start in front of him!
b)The quality of football in the reserve league is not much better than 2nd div football!
In my view Bobby is a class player who will now probably not be given the chance to shine for another few years because of Glenn Hoddle's over-eagerness to sign strikers!
Personally i feel it would have been better for Bobby to go somewhere like Leicester where he would have started more often, linked back up with MA and even if Leicester had gone down he would have had prem experience which would have served him well in div 1.
