Was browsing bgay last night through the brighton shirts and found this Brighton & Hove Albion Red Away Kit 'Hammond 11' on eBay, also Brighton Hove Albion, English League Clubs, Football Shirts, Sports Memorabilia (end time 24-Apr-09 17:58:04 BST)

i wouldnt have minded but the photo in the auction is mine, with my shirt, i wouldnt have minded if the seller (kenhead who IS a user on here) asked me or Phil at oldfootballshirts (were he got the photo) to use the photo, i emailed him last night but no answer, he has been online today, he has a shirt i am interested in and thought he may do a deal, but no, so will report him shortly to bgay. Why does the copyright matter? Do you make lots of money out of pictures of old Albion shirts hanging on your bedroom door? Lighten up! Its not like he put you on ebay!

I don't have a digital camara and so that people know for sure which shirt they are getting i've found a picture on the net to confirm which one it is.

They are all in a good condition just that i got a box full of old shirts that i don't really use so rather than them sitting there doing nothing id rather make use of the money, like put it towards next seasons season ticket or something...

Are you making the point that the shirt he is selling does indeed look different since he points out that his shirt does in fact look different.

I think good ebay practice would be to make it very clear that this is not the shirt you will be getting or you leave yourself open to complaints.
