When things aren't going right it's sometimes better to make radical changes rather than tweaking here and there, so what are your more random radical changes?

Clearly Dunk at No 9 is one of them?

Bring back El-Abd and stick him back in midfield.

Field our U21 team with a couple of the better first teamers

anything else?

Switch the transport manager and team manager around, although I'm then worried about the impact on the Park 'n' Ride?

The U21 are near bottom of their league. the U18 are joint top of theirs. Clearly THEY are the ones we should be playing...

To be fair the U9s have had a good run of late, let's not discount them too soon?

Ah yes, the 30 year old Adam El Abd. Blood those youngsters indeed.

I believe this idea is as hare brained as Sami's tactics :lolol:

Bring back Gully's Girls - that will give the team a much needed blood rush

Good point Ms K, however, there was also a radical ideas element, which is where "young" Adam comes in. He wasn't too bad in midfield, was he, would give us a bit of bite maybe?

BTW, wasn't suggesting we go for Kerry Mayo or Lee Steele though!

(accepting that this thread is tongue-in-cheek).. no, no he really, really wasn't. He was a massive liability.

But he was quite adept at getting the opposition reduced to 10 men - although I'm not sure how much of an advantage that would actually be to us right now :lolol:

True, you always knew someone was going to get sent off, it was only from which side that was the unknown!

Why not just play the correct tactics that are designed around the key attributes of our available players? People like Cloughies did alright on this philosophy.

That is, of course, another way of doing it, something we haven't tried this season.

'Blood the youngsters' helped to get Brighton relegated from this division two times in the past. Just because players are young, it doesn't make them necessarily better as they may lack the experience and strength of older players.
