I tried very hard in the singing section to get people going and it worked for a while.

all in all I thought we fans took it very well really. I cant believe people didnt vent their spleens

We were resigned to it though, weren't we?

It's not as though we were painfully and unexpectedly relegated in the last minute of the last game. We've been looking in relegation form all season.

I expect you to be in full voice at Wolves, Dave, let's all sing up, take the piss out of the home fans and pretend relegation never happened

Way out west
I was in D-Block, thought we might have fisticuffs at one stage between a woman on the back row and a bloke sat in front of her, she objected (quite rightly in my opinion) to him slagging off our players. The steward wandered up from time to time but she just kept her mouth shut when he was in the vicinity.

I thought the East Stand made a nice bit of noise though

Really? I was in W and thought it was very quiet. I was surrounded by people who obviously didn't know any of the players or much about the team. After about 20 minutes some twat in front of me asked his wife "who are they playing"! Same pillock also suggested to a young lad who was with him that he should support Reading as they're much better. With twats like that around it's hard to get an atmosphere going. I'll be back in the South Stand next time!

Oh yeah, the view from there is shite, f*** knows what was happening at the other end! People behind me kept shouting for players to shoot every time the ball crossed the halfway line, obviously thinking the were much nearer the Wendy's goal than they actually were. Bloody good job the tickets are cheaper.

Hope the trip back was ok, there was also the argument at the edge of E block, although have no idea what that was about.

Was great entertainment, i tripped over the board and sent it flying before the match, but that other kid bettered me by absolutely FLYING over it, landing on his arse:lolol:

Don't agree with you about a cracking atmoshpere though - was sat in Block V, and all you could hear were D&E blocks (in the first half anyway), along with the singing section and Wednesday fans
Must've been me as ion the first half I was quite loud and frustrated as I got in late because the club didn't have a ticket for me and was pissed off we never gave Carson any real threat. I kicked the front railings in frustation because of the referee, dunno what people thought of me behind me.

Second half I was quiet.

whats the E block like ?

There were plenty of people slagging off McGhee and the referee near me. If you are a Magoo fan than don't go in there as its where many of the Ernest ARS crew are.

Can't believe B block created any atmosphere or got behind the team. Bunch of moaning tossers when I went (got a freebie to go there near beginning of season) and swore never to return. Have since turned down the freebie ticket and paid for J and H. Even if we are shit prefer to be surrounded by people who want to enjoy the day.

On the terraces!!
D block was quite a giggle i must admit, although im an H "blocker singer type thing" normally!!

The ball boys got some stick, as did the ref and that bald c*nt linesman on the far side.

and then to top it all off in stoppage time in almost kicked off near the front with some geezer on the running track offering most of D block out for objecting to him having a pop at MM.

funny 'ol day:lolol:
