Would seem to be an obvious choice, as they are running out of candidates. I hope not - as much as I dislike him, he's obviously a decent manager and would undoubtedly revitalise their season.

10/1 on for the job.
It is not the club that is making Blackpool so unappealling, it is their slippery money-grabbing chairman who is pocketing the proceeds of their Premiership windfall and not being prepared to back his managers. That's why Appleton nicked off after a couple of months and no-one else even wants to know.
