Surely Stephens behind O'grady with Kayal holding with Ince, seeing as Kayal is a holding player and Stephens is an attacking midfielder.

I would hope that this is a 4-2-3-1, with the 3 given licence to roam/swap about a bit. Stephens will have to take on the defensive duties as I cannot see the other 2 doing much. But as we will have the ball for 80% of the game, there will not be much defending to do
