Hope you can help.... Last tuesday, I rung the number for Matt Hicks to get my son a birthday mention in the programme on Saturday (his birthday was on 28th...). The lady that answered assured me that it would be in there for the Orient programme, so I rung the club shop and ordered 5 copies, and paid by credit card.
Apparantly, the birthday mention wasn't in the programme at all (I couldn't make the game, but have spoken to people who did...). Luckily, nothing has been taken from my card yet, so I assume that my order has just been cancelled.
Can you see what has happened to my son's birthday mention? It should have read "Kyle Sim - Happy 3rd Birthday, love from Mum, Dad and Ashleigh".... Is there any way it could be sorted out for the next home game?
