Due to the University having some kind of open day, so the game needs to kick off later to avoid clashing...

Must be incredibly annoying for Birmingham fans who had already booked train tickets with certain times on. Especially as this open day must have had this date for a little while now.

There was a good thread on the complexities of the fixtures list compilation a little while back, but essentially with the knock on effects of a match clubs are only allowed to make a very limited number of requests pre-compilation. It was something like a match in South London can have a chain effect all the way to Norwich, absolutely fascinating.
