Don't know if anyone has seen this before but I've been doing a bit of digging around on Archer and found this article from the Times on him from Jan this year. Looks like Archer has made a huge fortune and gained a reputation in the business world around maximising the most profit that he can out of any assets he buys to a ruthless extent. Very much begs the question as to why Stanley brought Archer into the club in the first place? Anyone got a contact for Stanley?

Stanley was bought out, enabling him to buy two apartments in London’s Chelsea Harbour. He and Archer had also made their mark on British football, having owned Brighton & Hove Albion football club for a number of years.

Owned... interesting use of the word owned there... shame they glossed over / didn't know the story of the mark they left on football.

Think there was a thread on this very article last year, mate, as it's dated January 2009. I seem to remember a few pages of vitriol on here.

Surely we should let bygones be bygones and invite him back into the fold, now Falmer is near ?

I'm pretty sure I mentioned in last years thread that Archer should come back to Falmer , buried under several tons of concrete alongside Bellotti.

God no, don't want Arch-hole, Bellotti or Stanley anywhere near our new home in any way, shape or form.

If anyone does know where Archer or Stanley lives, please pm me any details. I've lost touch with my best man (who was a director at Focus in the mid 90's) and he was good friends with both of the two stooges.

Never forget that thanks to this ars*hole there are many Albion fans who have since passed away since we had the Goldstone sold from under us who will not be around to see the Falmer dream finally become a reality.
He pis*sed all over us BHA fans and left us for dead. If it wasn't for Knight and the hard work of fans and others, we wouldn't have our beloved team to support.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but didn't Crown Paints sponser us for a while? Before the **** brought Focus he worked for CP as a manager.
