Seemed to me the bike train was run by an old perv as a means to get at young hippy chicks.
I'm presuming wildly obviously but this is an internet forum!
So probably felt it wasn't particularly worth the effort.
Also it went really slow and returned after it had cleared outside somewhat. I.e. if you were loitering at the stadium that long you'd probably have had more points than are sensible for cycling.
