???

I haven't, but I may bid to ensure Man of Harvey's a place as a box-to-box midfield general.

So - what happened with all this in the end?

Did anyone bid?
Is there a squad?
Who's in it?
Is the match actually going ahead this year, or has it been canned?
Does anyone care anymore?

Careful - my travel and accommodation expenses are Sepp Blatter-esque these days. But you get what you pay for.

I pointed out to him on Monday that the original thread said 11pm on the 21st but he said you changed it to today Al, either way the bidding has 43mins left at most. (unless the date has changed)

Why is there no mention of it on the remf website? I would have thought it would be best to attract people voa that median as opposed to just NSC. Maybe with a twotter feed releasing amall bits of informationabout the night and how one can help and so on. Plus, plugging the golf day etc.

Can we PLEASE all get behind REMF 10 now. The auction has been done, people have had a chance to be involved, something they felt they did not in the past. This has raised additional money for the REMF. It is now up to Andy Rumble to run the squad. After REMF 10 and going forward there will be a new look REMF with a new Chairman and sub committee to include future events, donations, website etc etc. Please can we make REMF 10 the best yet and a fitting tribute to 10 great years for the REMF. Our slight disagreements pale into insignifance when you look at the role call of clubs and kids whose lifes have been improved through the involvement and support of the REMF. Several hundreds and approaching 1000 from all over the World. So please think hard before you say things like " do we care anymore " as I think that is that very insulting. Thats all. Please try and be there on 29/4.

Last year there were loads of threads and loads of discussion about all aspects of the event. This year there hasn't been nearly the same level of debate on here. Some might argue that some of the discussions got a bit heated and that it reflected badly on the charity, I would disagree, I think it showed that people cared and the discussions themselves kept the event in the public eye - no one could read NSC without being aware that the REMF match was happening.

There doesn't seem to be the same intensity this year and there's only been a couple of threads that I've seen.
