Betfair double profit on first cashout - free money, but confused by T+C's

Calling matched betters out there. Betfair are running this offer which looks good for an easy profit, however, they state the following in the T+C's which doesn't make any sense to me:

The maximum bonus amount you can receive is £25. You can cash out for a profit greater than £25, but the maximum bonus amount you will receive is £25.
E.g. If you place a £20 bet, and your Cash Out value is showing as £50, you are £30 in profit if you Cash Out. In this example, you would receive £5 in free bets as the bonus.

Surely in the example given, you should receive a £25 free bet not a £5 free bet. Is this just a typo - or am I missing something. I've asked on the Betfair live chat, but they just said 'I don't know'.
