Does Pink Floyd from 1985 on count?

I believe (I could very well be wrong) that Pink Floyd were a three piece from around 1979-1983 (Richard Wright having been fired by Roger Waters during the recording of 'The Wall' and not appearing on 'The Final Cut'). They were officially a two piece for 'A Momentary Lapse of Reason' (as Wright had not officially rejoined) and then were a three piece when he finally officially rejoined for 'The Division Bell'.
