Same. Well, got bought the turntable for Christmas, which meant obviously I HAD to go upgrade my speakers also.

Very, very enjoyable.

:D
Yes I absolutely HAD to upgrade my speakers too.
Mrs JTM was largely supportive of my argument.

rock & ****ing roll dave!

My step Dad has built a few, they're hard work, but by all accounts very satisfying.

Next step is a 1:1 scale yacht, or maybe restore a 30's Ketch . . .don't go toooo big first time

I have had the cheaper version from eBay for ages and it’s on it’s last legs, bought this version recently and very pleased with it.

You can 'rip' your vinyl at 24/96 or 24/192, put the files
on a network drive then stream.
It can handle up to 24/192 and you get the warmth of the needle in the groove sound

Love the idea but there are plenty of albums in the collection where I'd struggle say exactly where and when I got them.

Me too

We got so pissed at a Peterborough away match 2002? I didn't even get home with the records I'd bought to listen to them . . . Someones somewhere has a few decent soul albums.

All I remember is cheer up Barry fry . . . .:lolol:

PHWOARR!

I'm not a plumber, but I know a nice tool when I see one :lolol:

I fitted this ( and did the plumbing) and wept, when it wept . . . Fortunately I had just been a bit a scaredy cat and the olives needed more of a pinch. (Phew) ED28D4A9-0D37-4DC2-8967-F07EC3F3AA40.jpeg

Only 15mm sticking out after tiling, as calculated . . . Squeaky aint the word
