Best SIM only contract, central Hove

I have a 3 number. 9 pounds a month and also doesn't cost me anything extra to use when in a number of euro countries and US on holiday. They have a deal with a number of countries whereby you just use your phone as usual at no extra cost.

Not a good start with Virgin. I ordered on Wednesday, they emailed me to say that the SIM would arrive on Thursday via Yodel, and gave me a tracking number, so I arranged for my number to be ported tonight. The SIM didn't arrive, and they've said that they posted it on Thursday, Royal Mail standard delivery, 3 to 5 days Idiots.

I've just looked at their site, and the normal £7 deal is 250 mins. It seems they use Vodafone, which (according to the online signal site thingamajig) is good in some parts of Hove, not so good in others.

Near Goldstone valley the signal is pretty patchy as I've just found out
