Minced Beef
Rice
Eggs

Cook the rice as normal or if you prefer a packet in the microwave. Whilst cooking the rice, cook the minced beef in a frying pan on the hob.

Once the rice is cooked, plonk it on a plate and then when the beef is cooked chuck that on the rice. Fry two eggs on the frying pan and then place on top of the beef when cooked.

Get two dessert spoons and furiously chop the eggs up whilst mixing it in with the beef and rice.

Loads of Sweet Thai Chili sauce optional.

Strangely enough there was a recipe in Times 2 today.

Chorizo
Chickpea
Spinach

(plus onions)

I don't really like Spinach, and I'm not a huge fan of chick peas, but that Spanish thing they do when they put them together is a winner for me.

Ok - three ingredients.

Prawns, Chill and Olive Oil.

Turkey Breast
Patak's Butter Chicken / Tikka Masala / other favourite curry sauce
Garlic Naan.

Slice and dice the turkey breast and cook in a frying pan. Just before it starts to brown, transfer to a saucepan and pour the curry sauce all over.

Leave the saucepan to simmer for 30 - 40 minutes to allow the curry sauce to soak into the turkey.

Just before the curry is ready, stick the naan in the oven to heat up, but remove before it starts to crisp.

Just chuck the turkey curry in a bowl and use the naan to eat the curry with and to wipe the bowl when finished.

Lovely.

Classic Italian thing, usually done with veal but often done with turkey of all things.

Turkey steak, couple or three of sage leaves placed on top, wrapped in pancetta then fried.

Amazing.
