Best cycle Routes In Sussex

Recently got a road bike and would like to know of some good cynic bike routes around the county that people like

Seven Sisters Country Park is a good place to start. Nice and flat.

Saw lots of cyclist's going up the A283 yesterday. Would'nt be for me though!

The downslink is nice and mainly flat most of the way which is always a bonus
