Zamora. stalled by move to Spurs then a victim of his adaptability at WestHam, getting suffled around the front so doesnt get a consistant run. im hoping (wishing) he'll come back from injury and make a solid run in time for world cup qualifiers.

You are right about Wardy.

So the question is,who was second best. There's obviously a fair few to choose from,to those already mentioned, add Sully,Napier K,Lawro and Mr Nelson.

We have had some great players, but then we are a great club

Up the Albion.

Wonder how the collectors fair is going?

Mark Lawrenson is undoubtably the best, one of the very few, if not only World Class players that I have seen play for the Albion, he is also a twunt though.

His runs from defence with the ball and often almost going the length of the pitch were awesome and a highlight of his time here for me. A player from the top drawer.

For those of you who never saw him, have a look at this and tell me you've seen a defender that could come close to him who's played for us.

High up on the South Downs.
Lawrenson followed by Horton and Ward.

Also Sidwell who showed everybody what is wrong with English football by signing for Reading. He should have gone straight into the Premiership. Hope he will play for England one day. A class act and a genuine bloke despite being a mmm keen Palace fan.

Paul McShane was pretty good during his loan season.

Just watched the 7 Everton goals and McShane was fecking shite, nearly had an error in every goal scored.
