Arcade game chaps not computer games....

You know WEST STREET, in the PUB etc

For me STAR WARS and Track and Field.

But I also spent alot of time on Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom.

My mate Michael absolutely loved Out Run

What was the name of the OTHER track and field? The one with the archery? Super Sports, perhaps?

They still had one of those in the arcade by the Volks railway until recently and a very good game it was too.

Burning Rubber.
It was the one where you had a top down view of a track where you controlled a very small car that could knock other cars off the road, jump over them, land on them and jump stretches of water, had quite a catchy tune that I could never get out of my head. They had a table top version uin the Sports Centre at Durrington, used to spend ages in there after college pretending to my mum that I was playing squash or badmington!!

is this an "old people" thread? i wasn't around then, but my dad loves missile command, atari i think. He spent loads on an xbox and the game and stuff, played it and said, "i'm not playin that crap again, it's not the same without the roller ball." and he hasn't touched it for ages.

Frogger was the one I loved playing best - though remember it most from foreign holiday resorts.
