About time to give a highlight to what turned out to NOT be an extremely significant goal in the great scheme, not the winner even...... but how often those welted balls end up somewhere over the rainbow in the land of Oz!

That one deserves a little attention imo - top corner from 23 yards odd, keeper floundering. Brilliant!

It seems to have gone without comment that Murray takes a comical swing and a miss at the ball.

It reminded me of a goal earlier this season involving Calderon and, I think, Barnes. I can't remember it exactly, and may be confusing two goals, either:

-Caldy and Barnes both went for the shot and put each other off and it rolled through for someone else to score
or
-One of them took a swing and missed and the other followed up and scored.

Are you thinking of when El-Abd missed a sitter before Noone volleyed it in?
