Well has it? Does anyone still look out for it on the third Thursday in November? It used to be quite the thing with all the supermarkets having cases of the stuff. Could not see any in our Newhaven Sainsburys today. Thing of the past I suppose.

The owner of the cab company i work for (Andy Cheesman ,city cabs) is i believe involved in a "cannonball run" to be the first back with the wine and raise money for the Childrens chestnut hospice. Doing it in style too in the Bentley !

As a wine buff I always look out for this tipple, my personal favourite is the 1976 vintage :p

Stocked in Waitrose today, £5.99. Drinking it now. It is what it is! Buy a bottle every year for a bit of fun now. Not as good as old days.

Crikey, the Frenchies go nuts for NB day. I'm pretty sure it's a bank holiday, everyone on the Alps would be off their tits on the stuff....memories!

Rubbing their hands at the thought of the English buying the stuff that they consider to be unsaleable and in most cases undrinkable. It is apparently best drunk straight from the fridge.
