The chance of actually winning the FA Cup is just too good to miss out on.

The Grimsby game is about giving Brighton maybe a 10% (or even a bit better with a shock result knocking City or United out) chance of winning the FA Cup. Can't get that chance (this season) in any other way. Crystal Palace is a league game that could bring in 3 points... points that if lost could be found elsewhere.

This place has been virtually Palace free all season, and while it would be great to continue, I'd sacrifice that for (hopefully) a couple of trips to Wembley.

Betfair has us at 6.6 - 6.8 to win the Cup this year - that's an implied probability of about 15%.
