Me and the missus want to go on Saturday 29th but do not wish to purchase full 4 day tickets. Does anyone know if nearer the time daily tickets will become available?

I am aware of other fezzies, which are not selling out, releasing the remainder as day tickets. Is this likely to happen here?

Has anyone else managed to get in just for a specific day?

They didn't do day tickets last year, but a strip of the right coloured paper wrapped round the wrist worked for me.

It is a bit of a joke. You have to pay £97 for the 4 day pass, then £9 admin charge AND a £4.50 postal charge. I still bought one any way, so will be missing Millwall and Hartlepool away

I do think that 97 plus all the added charges is still cheap for 4 days, but why is there this trend for breaking down the cost of items? Why not just charge £110.50 for the tickets? When I buy a sandwich I do not expect the shop to say that will be 50p for the bread, 15 for the butter, 50 for the bacon and 5 for the lettuce and tomato. Is anyone really bothered about the price components?

Still in Brighton
this year i went to glastonbury (£185) and latitude (£155) so Beachdown is definitely cheaper..... i was looking to go but...... the lineup is poor unless you want to see loads of brighton bands or are a clubber. might look out for a cheap last minute ticket on ebay or gumtree though, would like to try it.

zutons, prince buster, super furry animals and ocean colour scene will do for me for starters.

And Derrick May's history of electronic music should be interesting.

Think im mostly looking forward to Grandmaster Flash, Super Furry Animals, Ocean Colour Scene, Saint Ettiene and a couple off mates playing in the Brighton Band stage (sweet sweet lies and mojo finns)

But the Mojo fins seriously are bad
