Seriously 80K for a shed the property prices in this country are so distorted and shit it's unreal.
My brother lives in Sweden in a 7 bedroom house with 4 en-suites in 3 acres with stables outbuildings etc the place is huge and a friend of his said if it was in sussex would be worth around £3 million
He bought it for £117,000
