Beach festival planned for Brighton.

Just get a f*** off huge screen, stick it up on the beach, show the World Cup

Would be bloody brilliant

That would be alright to:smile: We MUST get one somewhere in the city if we make the semi final's and beyond. I can just imagine a hot summers day on the beach with thousands of people watching England win on penalties in the Semi's queuing mass running bombs into a sea of salt and Carlsberg.

The chances of that happening are as slim as Nigel Farage visiting Runcorn but I'll settle for the Festival.

Knowing Brighton it would end up with a massive fight started by some northerners that have come down for the weekend

If by northerners you mean them Croydon folk then I see what you mean. I can't see them putting a big screen up there what with the heavy congestion generated form such landmarks as Nestle headquarters.

Mentions White Air, is that coming back? Remember you could buy tickets just after the end of the last one (not that anyone would do that after the last shambles) but not heard anymore.

I didn't really follow the logic of his argument. The guy from the Concorde said that big acts would not come to Brighton, as there was no 10,000+ venues they could play... Well if you are talking about open air, I reckon there might just be one under construction
