Those two women who got lost - that was pathetic. They tried to make it sound like they were lost in the outback not in some fricken field near Peas Pottage. "They're out there on their own - they could fall into a small ditch, step in a cow pat or be attacked by a mob of rabbits. If we don't find them soon they'll be in danger of missing their tea or getting a bad case of the sniffles."

The Hawk is what we in Brighton call Whitehawk.

Think you might be mistaken there, the Hawk is what residents of Whitehawk call Whitehawk. The rest of us Brightonians call it Shitehawk.

The incoherent part I was referring to was

I couldn't believe the amount of roads I recognised despite not being a bred brightonian and only driving for 8 months.

Isn't the thread title supposed to be the lyrics to Terry Garroghans version of Yazoo - Don't Go?

"Need to buy food or clothes? Think you might try London Road? Don't gooooo!"

Etc.

It was one of the most cringeworthly embarassing programmes ever.
I just kept thinking 'I hope no Americans are watching'.

I first little white van, jeeez how the copper had the front to talk about that after nearly losing it because of his mistake.

The heavy handed bust in the downstairs flat, consisting of 3 dossers.

I must say that I'd never heard the phrase before but then I was brought up a Scoomer and have never lived in the idyll that's Whitehawk.

HB&B has been too modest about his intimate knowledge of Whitehawk.

This is the only hawk of white worth bothering to know about.

The best bit is where the HEAT SEEKING helicopter managed to lose a guy who crawled in to some bushes. Genius!
