Anyone looking to knock tickets out above face value should have those tickets traced back by the club and they should be dealt with as harshly as is possible.

The times with England where I have not got a ticket, the touts have offered a service, over priced, but it has meant that I get to watch the game. To be honest if I had missed out on Spurs tickets, I would have paid £65, it is only about double face value, could be worse. You are never going to get rid of the touts and with things like ebay it gives them another mean to flog their products. Like violence and Stone Island, touts are part of the game that you are never going to get rid of.
