Surely not. All the 'experts' on here have told us how RDZ effectively almost RUINED his career with the MADNESS of squad rotation.
All because Roberto's masterplan was Steele being called up to the England squad apparently!

I’m guessing like penalties scored in a shootout never count towards any official stats nor do saves made unfortunately.
Loads of nice comments about him from Dutch fans on Twitter.
Didn’t let himself down tonight. Surprised they didn’t use his feet a little more at 1-1 to try and force us to press and catch us on the counter where they looked dangerous.

If you had the chance to swap him for any other keeper in the world, would you? Who would it be?
I mean, someone like Allison is probably above him, but at an age where he's unlikely to improve. Same with Coutois
Because I'm thinking, my answer would be no. I'd take Bart and the future he has over any other keeper in the world. Donnarumma is the only one who would tempt me

Perfect game for me last night. Bart was superb and could do nothing about either goal. Bart has had an excellent tournament and I cannot wait to see him between the sticks for us next season.
He did however save 3 out of 3 penalties in the only (?) penalty shootout he's experienced to date, Anderlecht vs Ludogoretz.Has one penalty save credited to him in his career. Was in the Belgian Challenger Pro League, which is their second tier playing for Anderlecht reserves against Standard Liege reserves.

He did save 3, and I went and hunted down the shootout video last night and the pens were shocking from Ludogretz. Credit to Bart for going the right way for all 3 though. However penalty shootout records are never included in overall stats for a player hence them missing from the list I posted (which is a bit harsh on a goalkeeper).
He was also involved in another shootout in the QF of the Conference League that season. Anderlecht lost 4-1 on pens to AZ Alkmaar (Mat Ryan was in goal for AZ).
Other than Jason Steele, no-one

I'd be hard pushed to think of a less suitable keeper for our style of play than Donnarumma.
