1) If Orient are not promoted this season he will sack Paul Brush (does that mean that excuse for a manager is incharge until its mathmatically impossible for Orient to go up)?

2) He is quitting Orient in 2 seasons if they are still in the 3rd division (or lower).

He really didn't look happy and seemed very down about the situation...
