If you ever intend to watch RTÉ, a UKTV channel, BBC3 or 4, Sky News, or any channel where theres something static on screen all the time, get an LCD, because you'll f*** the plasma.

I don't understand, what's the link between those channels and static??

Also whilst you're on, are those satelite receiver things from lidls anygood, are they easy to set up and can you get lots of free porn?

Something static on the screen ? What, like our back four v Stoke ? Tell you what, that would REALLY have f***ed up my TV screen had I been watching it live - probably cos I'd have put my boot through it.

I mean the logos, the news banners, the clocks, etc on those channels.

They're good for a caravan but not much else; they're easy to set up if you've been doing it for years but not the first time, and no. Unless your idea of porn is Italian women in their knickers simpering at the screen and italian blokes rubbing their (own) nipples.
