A Chinese zoo has been accused of painting dogs black and white in a bid to fool zoo visitors into seeing "pandas".

When you see video of them, it's extremely obvious that they are dogs. Due to them behaving like, well, dogs.

It's possible they were just in witness protection from South Dakota governor Kristi Noem
