Platinumed on PS5, took over my life…amazing game. Jokerless was incredibly stressful but such a rush to achieve.

Picked it up over Christmas using a free trial of Apple Arcade. Will not be renewing Apple Arcade because I’m just going to buy Balatro outright. Addictive as f*ck, even though I’m not very good.

My highest on mobile is 9.130e^14.

The best way is to understand how your jokers work together and look for something that works well, managing your economy is also a big part of it.

My high score was from a really powerful combo of jokers and a strong deck.

Perkio allowed me to make duplicate of tarot cards to either fix my deck or get a load of money.

Then the main combo was:
Photograph - first played face card gives 2x mult
Triboulet - every played king or queen gives 1.5x mult
Hanging chad - first played card is played an additional two times (this means two extra times activating photograph and triboulet)
Sock and buskin - every played face card is played again (activates triboulet on every card).

I've played probably about 60 hours so far, unlocked all the decks on white stake, going through them again on red at the moment.

It's a very good game, a perfect mobile game.

An alternative recommendation is Slay The Spire, similar rogue like card game but battling enemies.

Slay the Spire 2 also releasing in early access this year which should be good.
