Balance on E-Cash card

Hi,

I put £20 on my e-cash card online on Thursday 23rd. Yet when I purchased items on Saturday 25th, the balance that flashed up on the screen did not include that £20 I put in. Yet the £20 shows up on online on my e-cash balance and has been debited from my bank account.

Have there been problems with the E-Cash system over the weekend?
