She should be getting tip-top care at the Queen Victoria Hospital - it's rated one of the best in the country and she's in good company - it's the hospital where most of the pilots shot down in the Battle of Britain were treated for their injuries. I would have said to go and have a drink in the Guinea Pig, where the Guinea Pig Club used to meet - the old pilots, but it's closed down. Still, it's on an estate full of problems with youngsters, some of whom are now on ASBOs. In the meantime, Laura, get well soon and hope to see you a few times in H Block. I hope you're back to cheerleading soon.

She had the operation at about 2 ish and came out about an hour later. BUT she is being constantly sick...probably a reaction to the aneasthetic and they wont let her go home until she has eaten something.

She is now on a drip and they are giving her stuff to stop the sickness
