Yes, you've read it right. It isn't just London temps though, it's a nationwide change. The Standard being a London paper, is only reporting on the impact to London however.

IMO, it will end up with the temps getting lower hourly rates so that the hiring company nets the same costs. Crap news in an already 'Employer led market' I feel!
