I picked Lallan, Mitoma, Gross and Dunk plus Burn and White for good measure.
Met him a few times. Seems like you have as well.Comes across as arrogant and pompous- not the sort of person I take any notice of.
It's journalism exactly the same as what you get from Efan Ekoku and Dion Dublin.'Mitoma has a very similar game to Tottenham's Son Heung-min'
hmm. Not quite sure what to think of this. At best, it's lazy journalism...
I was going to post something similar. To my eyes, Mitoma's game is not all that similar to Son's. Son is far more an attacking midfielder than a winger. You'd think that people like Grealish or Saka would be better comparators with the type of player that Mitoma is. Considering Crooks' long history of working with Kick It Out and preceding campaigns, you would have expected him to have the awareness to steer well clear of anything that could be seen as unconscious bias.'Mitoma has a very similar game to Tottenham's Son Heung-min'

A mate of mine went to the same church as him. As a teenager, apparently Crooks came across as a tedious, longwinded, pompous tit. There's a turnup for my trousers.Comes across as arrogant and pompous- not the sort of person I take any notice of.
Is this the world cup squad? Trossard isn't in our world cup squad, is he?I'm sure this is a coincidence and I know some of you will think I am quite sad, but I was so incensed by last week's TOTW that I complained to the BBC. I was pissed off by his normal "Trossard is really good, so he'll be off to a BIG club soon, and the nonsense about Potter not having to apologise for anything, I made the point that he was the only person to mention apologising! What got to me the most was the fact that 2 City players made the cut following their drab 1-0 against Leicester, one of them at left back I think. We absolutely annihilated Chelsea and only Trossard makes it. Estupinan should have been there. Anyway probably a bit embarrassing, and i shouldn't have let it get to me after one of the greatest weekends in over 50 years supporting the Albion, but it was good therapy.
His sister used to lodge with my mate's parents on Hove seafront for a bit when I was a teenager and she was alright (but VERY Churchy). I suspect he got ALL the pompous genes.A mate of mine went to the same church as him. As a teenager, apparently Crooks came across as a tedious, longwinded, pompous tit. There's a turnup for my trousers.
I can sympathise with the OP …Points Of View should be entirely devoted to analysing Crooks and moved to prime time TVIs this the world cup squad? Trossard isn't in our world cup squad, is he?
Crikey, old fruit, you must lead a very quiet life if the thing that triggered you to write to the BBC this week was someone's ill-chosen fantasy football team
I know, it caught me at a bad time. E.g. Monday morningIs this the world cup squad? Trossard isn't in our world cup squad, is he?

I bet that hurt him…absolute toolGross got chosen as the token Albion player for the Everton win...
I couldn't compose a team this week without acknowledging Brighton's 4-1 win away at Goodison Park. There were a number of notable performances from the Seagulls but the goal by Pascal Gross was my favourite and it has put manager Frank Lampard's tenure on Merseyside on skid row.Everton got a well-earned point at Manchester City last weekend and enough impetus to go into a game against Brighton expecting better things. What took place was shambolic. I said before the World Cup break that I expected Lampard's time at Everton to be short term and nothing has changed my mind.
Garth Crooks' Team of the Week: Shaw, Casemiro, Wissa, Mitrovic, Kane

Confirms what most suspect, he just watches the highlights and picks the goal scorers as that tends to be all that is shown in thoseGross got chosen as the token Albion player for the Everton win...
