I do not drive in bus lanes but driving to QPR I

I apparently drove down a bus lane and was videod outside 14 The Vale Acton W. I have a copy of the photo taken which clearly shows me and my BHA SHIRT. However I was unaware of the bus lane. The photo shows my front wheels over a line.

(1) does anybody live or work in that area and kn ow about the markings for the bus lane.
(2) Is it legal to photgraph without warning as per speed cametras.

Any constructive comments would be appreciated because I do not want to pay a fine of £100

Why don't you go back there and check the situation out (lanes, lines, cameras, signs, that sort of thing)? Chances are it won't have changed so you can at least clarify if you've been rightly caught here.

That is what I was going to do but was really being lazy and hoping somebody would say I live or work just around the corner I will have a look for you.

There's no substitute for doing it yourself though, and it'll certainly put your mind at rest, one way or another!!

If he goes up and does the same again,while looking,won't he get fined a 2nd time ?
