Never upper, you can imagine the stuff raining down on the family section from that lot up the road.Split em across the upper & lower east - so much harder to get an atmosphere going that way.

I have never seen it as a bit issue. Maybe there's more space for corporate lounges behind the South stand?I'm in the minority on this one. Those South Stand seats are pretty unappealing. I can't say I'd be happy if I was shunted over there. It might improve the atmosphere in some games and the short term (Depending on where they are moved to) but it will still be the case that the the atmosphere will be lukewarm except for the most important of games.
Can we not just have a fan park for them outsideThey'd have their own fans below them - it would be easy to find a way to stop that happening.
It has. The 25/6 ST renewals will take place in early 2026.Shouldn't the plans for this be announced before people renewed their season tickets ?
Anyway, I expect they'll be shifted round to the SW corner, so less of them will be picked up by the TV cameras.
As long as the topless dancers are wimmin and not men in their forties with beer bellies and bad attitudesThe plans for opening day include topless dancers and free beer for all.
No its season after next. I think it's a good thing. If I had an Ideal Id put them East upper/lower north end. It's from next season, not this upcoming one?
Shirley?
I didn't see the planned timescale mentioned so I assumed next season, but you're probably right, expect it'll be 25/26. There'd be too much agg now otherwise.Unless you’ve already paid for 2025/26 (that really would be a super fan), then this is nearly 12 months warning.
I agree about Sw corner. Has to be pitch side so that rules out East Upper. Unless you’re owned by the Saudis of course. Still no idea how they get away with that.
Given the amount of money I've just spent on a loft conversion to add a single bedroom to my fairly modest house, £7 million seems like a bargain to me. The UK is insanely expensive at the moment.“With a £7m investment to pay back”
I struggle to understand how the fan zone can cost 7 million.
I just got a quote for painting and decorating a new office (about 3,000 sq feet), and hanging a few fixtures. £30k plus VAT! It included over £3k just to cover the floors before starting!Given the amount of money I've just spent on a loft conversion to add a single bedroom to my fairly modest house, £7 million seems like a bargain to me.
