Just having a tidy up and found my old autograph book. Mostly from my Dad going to Corporates in the 80s and me going to a Junior Seagulls Party, I have quite the eclectic mix from those I can make out.
Hans Kraay
Danny Wilson
Jimmy Case
Terry Connor
Gary O'Reilly
Neil Smillie
Steve Penney
Chris Hutchings
Steve and Mike Gatting on the same page
Ian Botham
Jim Laker
Tony Lewis
Brian Johnstone
Bill Frindall
Derek Underwood
Ray Illingworth
David Gower
Neil Foster
Tim Robinson (Not yesterday's buffoon)
Trevor Brooking on the same page as Mike Gatting for some reason
Eldine Baptiste
Simon Hinks
Jim Parks
Geoff Hurst
Then it goes a bit weird from Golf Days
Ray Clemence
Stan Stenett (Who felt the need to put Sid X Roads after it)
Jess Conrad
Tim Brooke Taylor
Patrick Mower
Aiden J Harvey (!!!)
Russ Abbott
Given the "You Bet", I guess Brucie
Henry Cooper
All in the one book. I would mostly give him the book and he would come back with A Listers or people I had never heard of. There are a few I can't make out but I know he came back with Des O'Connor's pianist once. And Uncle Mort on a mini cricket bat.
Can anyone beat Geoff Hurst, Ian Botham, most of the 1980s cricket commentators, Sid from Crossroads, a random Kent cricketer, Jess Conrad and Aiden J Harvey for such an eclectic mix in one book?
