Auto-Cup Scheme

Just to formalise an discussion/query from another thread on the main board...

I have been charged 2 * £39 (£37 ticket + £2 fee) for the Newcastle match. I enrolled myself and my wife to the Auto-Cup scheme for convenience, believing I would be no worse off.

NB: Each auto-cup transaction will be subject to a £2 booking fee.

Is this a processing error or can I expect this for all home cup games?

There appears to be no option to OPT OUT of the scheme once enrolled. If the processing fee is going to be for each ticket, rather than each transaction, I would prefer NOT to have the convenience of paying more.

Finally, the loyalty points awarded to Scheme members appears to be 10 for this match, but 20 for anybody that bought their tickets themselves.

This is a system glitch, we are working with our online ticket providers to overcome this so that one booking fee is charged per transaction. In the meantime, in relation to the Newcastle game, we are happy to credit e-cash to those who have been charged multiple fees. Please contact the Albion ticket office with details of purchase and they will arrange.

Loyalty points will be amended - with 10 additional points added immediately after the match is played.
