I find the political outlook heartbreaking at the moment. I hold onto a little optimism though. The good will out!

I am off to watch some music in the sunshine and forget about it all for a while.

Don’t blame you, stay safe and enjoy ‘John Farnham’

Maty Ryan to donate $500 for every save made in ALL Premier League games this weekend.

Absolutely class Maty.

I wonder what the total is. He cost himself 3000 dollars.

More evidence that suggests we are working with an increasingly undemocratic unlevel playing field.

The Australian democracy has been downgraded from open to narrow.

That's been obvious for a long time to people who don't arse kiss the major parties.

This is on anyone who votes for those parties.

It should have been damn obvious when they a got together to influence the preference system to shut out smaller parties from gaining seats in the senate.

Sydney .
I think we've now passed the peak for this bushfire season.
Temperatures have turned cooler over the weekend and there has been a bit of rain about.
Significant rainfall is forecast for the end of this month and then in February the cyclone season emanating from northern Queensland will kick in sending the wet air moisture to the south.

Below are 2 photos taken within 50 metres of each other from East Balmain overlooking the city towards Barangaroo
First one was taken on Wednesday last week - smog city, the city skyline is barely a silhouette
Second one taken just now shows the return of the beautiful blue skies that you'd normally associate with Sydney.
